Uthappa richer by experience

Bangalore: A zero in the lone one-dayer he played does not deter Robin Uthappa from looking at his Carribean trip with a sense of gratitude.

"I learnt so much during this fortnight. The pressure a team goes through when things are not going well and the way the captain and the coach carry the team was just amazing. The sessions with Rudi Webster were helpful especially with regard to relaxation exercises," Robin said.

The opener had arrived from the West Indies on Wednesday night.

On his meagre show, Robin said: "I am disappointed with my performance but I got just one game and unfortunately it went wrong for me. But as far as my chances are concerned, I know with the kind of composition we have right now, it's difficult for me to make it to the side regularly. Rahul (Dravid) advised me to be patient."

Robin is now keen to do well when the India `A' team tours Australia later this month.
