Rail accident probe

NEW DELHI: The statutory inquiry by the Commissioner of Railway Safety into the derailment of 3-Up Nagpur-Chhindwara-Nainpur NG Fast Passenger between Bhoma and Palari stations of Nagpur Division in South-East Central Railway has revealed that the accident was caused by obstructions created on the railway track by some unknown persons. In the accident that took place on May 16, One person was grievously injured and four others, including the loco driver, had suffered simple injuries. Five persons were injured in the accident on May 16.
