Vishwanath extends support to Siddaramaiah

BANGALORE: Former Minister H. Vishwanath on Saturday extended support to the Siddaramaiah group, and said that if the Janata Dal (Secular) pressed for the disqualification of former Deputy Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and seven others from the Legislative Assembly, the backward classes would launch an agitation. He was speaking at the "Kuruba women's convention" organised by the Ahilyabai Holkar Mahila Samaja here. Mr. Siddaramaiah and Minister K.S. Eshwarappa spoke.
