dated June 7, 1956: President's stay in South

The President, Dr. Rajendra Prasad, will spend a month in Hyderabad. Rashtrapathi Nilayam, the President's official residence, which he formally occupied last year, has been renovated. According to the present programme, the President will arrive in Hyderabad in the third week of June. While staying at this one-time British Residency at Bolarum last year, the President had stated that he had decided to spend at least one month every year in the South and come into contact with the people in this part of the country and understand their problems.
