Isolated rainfall in Tamil Nadu

CHENNAI: Southwest monsoon has further advanced in to most parts of north interior Karnataka, remaining parts of Rayalaseema, coastal Andhra Pradesh and some parts of Telangana.

Rainfall occurred at most places over Kerala and costal Karnataka, at many places over north interior Karnataka and a few places over Andhra Pradesh and south interior Karnataka and isolated rainfall occurred over Tamil Nadu and Lakshadweep.

FORECAST (valid until Thursday morning): Rain or thundershowers are likely to occur at many places over Kerala, coastal and south interior Karnataka and north coastal Andhra Pradesh, at a few places over south coastal Andhra Pradesh, Rayalaseema, Telangana, Lakshadweep and north interior Karnataka. Isolated rain or thundershowers are likely to occur over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

FARMERS WEATHER BULLETIN FOR TAMIL NADU AND PONDICHERRY (valid until Thursday morning): Isolated light to moderate rain is likely to occur over Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry.

OUTLOOK FOR SUBSEQUENT TWO DAYS: No significant change.
