Entrance: two top ranks in district

KOCHI: The district has bagged two ranks in the engineering/ medical entrance examination, the results of which were announced on Tuesday.

Aishwarya Brigitte George won the second rank in medical entrance while Anoop Vasudevan won the fourth rank in engineering entrance. Aishwarya Brigitte George, who hails from Karukutty near Angamaly, is studying in Bahrain as her father George Thomas is working as an engineer there. Her mother Molly George is working as a teacher there. She belongs to Chakyath House at Aazhakam, near Moonnamparambu, Karukutty. She had come to Kerala for coaching for the entrance examination at a coaching centre in Thrissur. Her sister Reshmi Elisabeth George had appeared for M.D. entrance examination recently. The family had returned to Bahrain after the entrance examinations.

Anoop Vasudevan resides at Punathilpalam Road at M.G. Nagar in Edappally.
