Ranbaxy Pharma in pact with Zenotech

GURGAON: Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals Inc. (RPI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited (RLL), announced on Wednesday that RPI has entered into an agreement with Zenotech Laboratories of Hyderabad. Under the agreement, Zenotech Labs will develop, submit for regulatory approval and manufacture 11 oncology products which Ranbaxy will market as generic formulations in the U.S. and Canada under the Ranbaxy label. The combined branded sales of these products are estimated at $3.7 billion, according to a release.
