Capgemini to double headcount in India

BANGALORE: Capgemini, a consulting, technology and outsourcing company, plans to double its headcount in India to 10,000 by next year-end and is looking to start operations in three more locations in this country, a top company executive said here on Wednesday. "We are around 5,000 (in India now). The target is to be 10,000 before the end of next year. It's doubling in 14....16 months,'' Capgemini Global BPO Services CEO, Hubert Giraud, said.
