TIRUMALA: A devotee of Lord Venkateswara on Thursday donated `kavachams' made of gold weighing some 10 kg to the temple. The devotee, who wished to remain anonymous, handed over the precious jewels to authorities who put the cost at over Rs. 1 crore. In another major offering, the temple management received `vajra keeritam' worth Rs.10 lakhs.
