ANANTAPUR: Anantapur unit of the All India Youth Federation (AIYF) has on Thursday urged voters not to cast their vote in favour of candidates with factional background. They also requested the political parties not to allot seats to those involved in factional feuds. At a meeting of the organisation held here, district president N. Sriramulu and general secretary G. Gopal said that youth are getting involved with factional feuds due to illiteracy and unemployment. They blamed the filmmakers for encouraging factionalism. These films were misleading the youth , they alleged. A seminar on factionalism would be held at Kadapa on June 10.
