Moreover, a diabetic patient has 70 per cent more chances of acquiring heart diseases. In diabetic patients, blood vessels become thicker which may result in heart attacks."
BJP wants MCD dissolved
Charging the Congress Councillors with corruption, the Committee has called for immediate dissolution of the MCD. "By stopping the demolition drive for only a year, it is clear that the State Government is playing a political game with total involvement of Congress Councillors. Further, the arrests of more than a dozen Congress Councillors by the CBI on charges of corruption is proof of the decline of the MCD," said Delhi BJP president Harsh Vardhan.
