Ciba Specialty JV with Virchow Drugs

MUMBAI: Ciba Specialty Chemicals has approved the joint venture with Virchow Drugs Pvt. Ltd. (Virchow), a company based in Hyderabad, for manufacture of specialty chemicals. The company will invest Rs. 8.3 crore in the equity shares of Virchow at the par value of Rs. 10 each. On acquisition of the shares, Virchow will become a 51 per cent subsidiary of the company.
