1:1 bonus from Bhagyanagar Metals

MUMBAI: Bhagyanagar Metals has recommended a dividend of 60 paise per share of Rs. 2 each for 2005-06. The company has announced the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one share for every equity share held. For the 12 months ended March 31, 2006, the company has achieved a net profit of Rs.25.97 crore against Rs. 26.96 crore. Net sales were higher at Rs. 172.33 crore against Rs. 158.46 crore.
