Opto Circuits India has recommended a dividend of 40 per cent for 2005-06 and also bonus shares in the ratio of one bonus share for every fully paid equity share, subject to the approval.

Atlas Copco India said it would issue bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share of Rs. 10 for every share held.

Man Industries has secured orders worth Rs. 500 crore for supply of pipelines from an Iranian company (Rs. 400 crore) and Reliance Industries (Rs. 100 crore).

Pantaloon Industries said its subsidiary Indus-League Clothing would form a 50:50 joint venture company with Lee Cooper International to distribute and retail the latter's brands in India.

Punj Lloyd has informed the exchange that its wholly-owned subsidiary in Kazakhstan, Punj Lloyd Kazakhstan LLP, has signed a Form of Agreement with Agip KCO-Agip Kazakhstan North Caspian Operating Company N.V, a company incorporated in the Netherlands with a branch registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, to execute a contract for laying of pipelines and overhead electrical lines from the onshore processing facility at Eskene West to the Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC) pumping station at Atyrau and to Makat pumping station in the Republic of Kazakhstan for $79,404,282.

Educomp Solutions has signed contracts with Gujarat Council of Primary Education and School Education Department, Kolkata, for providing educational services. The aggregate value of both the contracts is about Rs. 50 crore.

Ratnamani Metals and Tubes has recommended a dividend of Rs. 2.50 per share of Rs. 10 each.
