Ind-Sigma Infotech to open software centre

KOCHI: The Kochi-based Ind-Sigma Infotech, an affiliate of the Sigma Micro group of companies based in Indianapolis, has announced the setting up of a software development centre in Chandigarh Tri-city area. Sigma Micro, a provider of enterprise application solutions for multi-channel retailers, has entered into an agreement with Quark, to acquire the intellectual property of its Quark Commerce product this June, adds the release.
