VISAKHAPATNAM: Hair stylist and colour technician Bobby Pruthi from Mumbai conducted a workshop on hair colouring and hair cutting at Grand Central Hotel here on Tuesday.

The programme was organised by Hygienic Research Institute. Latest techniques of hair cutting and styling were discussed and Bobby gave some valuable tips on hair colouring at the gathering.

More than 50 beauticians from the city participated in the workshop.

Current trends

Highlighting the current trends in the beauty and fashion industry, he said that the haircut and colour should suit the lifestyle of the client. "A well-groomed look has become a necessity today,'' she added.

Bobby, who has been a beauty salon in Mumbai for the past six years, has worked with her team in films like Lakshya and Dhoom. She conducted similar workshops in places like Indore, Mangalore and Vadodara.
