Simplex Infrastructures to raise funds

MUMBAI: Simplex Infrastructures has informed the stock exchange that the board, at its meeting held on June 12, has approved the raising of funds of $200 million from domestic/international market by issue of any class of securities and sub-division of the nominal value of equity share of Rs. 10 each into Rs. 2 per share. The decisions will be placed for approval of the members at the annual general meeting.
