PATNA: Union Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav on Tuesday sought the permission of the Special CBI Court to permit him to undertake a foreign trip on June 23.

Special Judge Muni Lal Paswan has posted the hearing for June 20 with the directive that Mr. Prasad, who is facing charges in the fodder scam cases, submits the detailed official itinerary.

Mr. Prasad is scheduled to head a high-level delegation to Germany, U.K., France and Italy and is expected to sign a number of MOUs in the interest of the Indian Railways.
