SHIMLA: Leaving no stone unturned to expose the alleged bungling in the conduct of the recent Combined Pre-Medical Tests, the aggrieved students on Thursday approached the Himachal High Court for justice. A notice pending admission has been issued by the Court and the case fixed for hearing on June 19. The respondents are the State Government and Himachal Pradesh University. The hapless children, having got no relief from the University and the State Government, were forced to move the Court, said K. S. Tanwar, chairman of the Action Committee formed in the aftermath of the alleged leakage and trading of the PMT question paper to some influential people. Describing the appointment of a one-man inquiry committee by the University -- consisting of a former employee of the University, A. R. Chauhan - on Wednesday as "eyewash", the Committee members said the authorities were merely trying to save their skin.
