These issues were discussed, according to IOC Chairman Sarthak Behuria, at a meeting held here on Friday with the visiting Kuwaiti Oil Minister Sheikh Ahmad Fahd al-Sabah.

Other major oil company chief executives also held talks with the Kuwaiti Minister on Friday on the prospects for collaboration in the oil refining sector and issues related to crude oil imports.

The Chairman of Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited, M. B. Lal, and the Chairman of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, Ashok Sinha, met him but said that specific projects were not discussed during the meetings.
