Solution to the problem of meter charge in autos remains elusive. The Government is trying to sort out Kashmir and Cauvery disputes. But here no solution to the auto fare issue is in sight. Is it so hard a nut to crack?

Humane gesture

It is commendable that some of the schools are taking humane steps to provide ramps and toilets with railings for the physically challenged students. The facility should be extended to other schools too .
