4 TDP workers killed in accident

VISAKHAPATNAM: Four persons died - one of them on the spot - while returning from a TDP rally in connection with filing nominations for MPTC seats at Anakapalle on Saturday.

The accident occurred at Dharjinagar when TDP party workers were returning to Chodavaram in a lorry. Another lorry hit the vehicle from behind killing four persons.

The deceased were identified as K. Varahalamma, 35, K. Chinnodu, 38, Chinna Mahalaxmi, 35, and N. Chinna, 35. All of them belonged to Mamidipalli village.
