Sujan, Vinuthna triumph

VIJAYAWADA: Railway Institute's K. Sujan Kumar won the men's singles title defeating V. Srinivasa Rao (Hutch) 25-14, 8-25, 25-0 in the final of the M. Maruthi Kumar memorial Krishna district carrom championship here on Sunday.

In the women's final, Vinuthna defeated S.R. Kumari 25-17, 25-18, while the veterans' title went to Nirmala, who downed S. Vijayalakshmi 25-18, 25-18. In the veterans' men singles final, S.R. Prasad defeated Sk. Basha 25-17, 25-14.
