Usha International net profit up 63 p.c.

CHENNAI: Usha International, a Siddharth Shriram group company, has achieved 63 per cent increase in net profit at Rs. 10.37 crore for the year ended March 31, 2006, against Rs. 6.36 crore in the previous year. The gross profit has increased to Rs. 19.56 crore from Rs. 12.26 crore, a growth of 60 per cent. The turnover has risen to Rs. 541 crore from Rs. 474 crore, a growth of 14 per cent.
