Sunham and Bristol get stakes in Minar Intl.

CHENNAI : Minar International, exporter and manufacturer of made-ups to the U.S. markets, has allotted equity shares constituting 8.85 per cent of the pre-issue capital of the company, through private placement to Sunham and Bristol, two of the leading home textile importers in the U.S, for Rs. 22.87 crore.
