KANAKPURA: Every time Arhatha Magavi takes a plunge, it turns out to be a golden one. The 12-year old Karnataka swimmer is having a whale of time in the 23rd National sub-junior aquatics championship at the JIRS Pool here and she marked her third day with a third gold. She clocked a record time of 1:11.66 to take the gold in the 100m butterfly event in Group III, thus eclipsing the previous mark of 1:12.513 set by Parita Parekh of Gujarat in 2003.
