Face to face with problems of police families

The houses have cracks all over and are in a dilapidated condition

ELURU: B. L. Meena, Inspector-General of Police, Visakhapatnam Range, was face to face with the problems of police families during his visit here on Tuesday.

The police quarters are in a bad shape, with cracks all over and being in a dilapidated condition. Mr Meena promised to get the quarters repaired within three months. Women reported shortage of drinking water and poor drainage.

Water supply

The IGP instructed SP M. Jaganmohan Reddy to ensure supply by bringing the problem to the notice of the Municipal Commissioner.
