Bail for Gudivada MLA

VIJAYAWADA: Telugu Desam Party MLA from Gudivada Kodali Srivenkateswara Rao (Nani) surrendered before the 2nd Additional Judicial First Class Magistrate's Court at Gudivada on Tuesday. He was given bail based on two sureties.

Gudivada CI S. Nageswara Rao said there was an NBW issued against the MLA in connection with the death of a dalit - Moshe - some time ago.

The non-bailable warrant was recalled and the MLA had been granted bail.
