Vallyathan followed a classical but realistic style.
Condolence
Thiruvananthapuram Staff Reporter adds: Minister for Cultural Affairs M.A. Baby has condoled the death of Vallyathan. In a message, he said the State had lost the last link in the succession of artists who were following the style of Raja Ravi Varma. Vallyathan's professional life was an example of an artist's integrity towards his own creations.
