HYDERABAD: The Congress announced on Friday that it has allotted 68 Zilla Parishad Territorial Constituencies (ZPTCs) to the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) and 34 to the CPI as part of its alliance with the two parties in the Panchayat Raj elections.
