BANGALORE: Following alteration in the jurisdiction of newly created regional transport offices (RTOs) in the city, some areas coming under these RTOs have been added to the old RTOs for public convenience. Chikka Banavara, Jalahalli East and Gangamma Circle coming under Yelahanka RTO have been brought under Bangalore North (Yeshwanthpur) RTO. Marutisevanagar and Jeevanahalli coming under Krishnarajapuram RTO now come under Bangalore East (Indiranagar) RTO. Kamakshipalya, Mudalapalya, Srigandhakaval, Sunkadakatte, Tavarekere Panchayat, Cholanayakanahalli Panchayat, Kasaba hobli and Madabalu hobli of Magadi taluk have been brought under Bangalore West (Rajajinagar) RTO from Jnanabharati (Rajarajeshwari Nagar) RTO. Kanakapura Road, Yelachenahalli, Kumaraswamy Layout, Padmanabhanagar, Chikkallasandra, Konanakunte, Somanahalli, BTM Layout I Stage, J.P. Nagar 6th Stage to 8th Stage, Anjanapura, Talaghattapura, Puttenahalli, RBI Layout, Kothanur Dinne and Bannerghatta Road up to Meenakshi Temple, which were under Electronic City (Bannerghatta) RTO, have been shifted to Bangalore South (Jayanagar) RTO, while Agara and HSR Layout have been added to Bangalore Central (Koramangala) RTO. Harohalli has been added to Ramanagaram RTO.
