`Self-financing Bill impractical'

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM : The Inter Church Council for Education has described the Bill introduced in the Assembly for regulating the self-financing professional colleges as impractical and anti-minority. A meeting of the Council at Changanassery described as "impractical" the provision that a college would become a minority institution only if it admitted 50 per cent or more students from minority communities.
