Chief Minister Y.S. Rajasekhara Reddy formally launched the portal recently. The portal allows members to share and collaborate on local content. People of the city and also those living abroad can post and find specific classifieds, events, services, photos, blogs, entertainment information, etc. At a press conference on Saturday, Kumar Lanka, Director (Operations) and C.V. Subba Row, Director (Marketing) said their international portal with a sizable number of registered members has become a key social networking website for the last few years in United States.

Their objective with the local portal addition is to tap local social clubs, organisations, alumni associations, film star fan clubs, theme parks, real estate firms, voluntary agencies and the likes - to get listed and provide information and means of contact to Hyderabadis worldwide. The directors are especially keen to get onto the Telugu film circuit.
