BHEL bags Bangladesh contract

NEW DELHI: The public sector Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has bagged a Rs. 55 crore contract for setting up a 230 kV sub-station in Bangladesh. The contract has been awarded by Power Grid Company of Bangladesh for supply and installation of the substation at the Baghabari Power Plant and extension of the Ishurdi substation, according to a company release.
