Nous Infosystems to double headcount

COIMBATORE: Nous Infosystems, a software development company with operations in Bangalore and Coimbatore, is planning to buy out five small-sized firms, three in the U.S. and two in India. According to its President, Ajith J. Pillai, it is likely to spend about $5-10 million over the next two years in this regard. The company plans to double the headcount from the current 700 by the end of the year. It plans to increase its strength in Coimbatore from 40 to 200. It has obtained Maturity Level 5 rating on the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).
