NEW DELHI: The Municipal Corporation of Delhi has started preparations to meet any eventuality this monsoon. Besides setting up a centralised control room at its headquarters at Town Hall, it has also opened similar facilities at all its 12 civic zones. These control rooms would function round-the-clock. Equipped with essential manpower and machinery to meet any emergency situation, all the control rooms will start functioning from TuesdayCitizens can lodge their complaints relating to water-logging, at these control rooms. The phone numbers of the control room at Town Hall are 23962700 and 23912700. The phone numbers of the zonal control rooms are -- City (23261527-28), Civil Lines (23942700), Central (29812700), Karol Bagh (25812700), Najafgarh (25321235), Narela (27708992), Rohini (27042700), Shahdara-North (22822700), Shahdara-South (22303700), Sadar Paharganj (23512700), South (26522700) and West (25422700).
