YES Bank launches new FD scheme

NEW DELHI : YES Bank has launched a Special Fixed Deposit Scheme, targeted at investors seeking liquidity and safe returns. Under the scheme, effective from June 28, an interest rate of 8 per cent will be applicable for deposit values between Rs. 10,000 and Rs. 1 crore for a period of ten months and one day. The scheme offers a return that is about 100 basis points higher than the standard rates offered by other banks, according to a company statement.
