BEL `A' downs Bellary District

BANGALORE: BEL Colony Youth Association met with mixed fortunes in the State `C' Division League hockey tournament here on Tuesday. The `A' team defeated Bellary District 2-0 with Srinivas and Bharath notching up goals.

However, the `B' team lost 0-12 to Rainbow Hockey Club. Rahul Katke netted three goals, while Zuned, Ratan Muthanna and Chengappa scored twice each. Uthappa, Jagdeep and Karan Kushalappa scored one goal apiece for Rainbow Hockey Club.
