SEBI exempts Electro Investments

MUMBAI: The Securities and Exchange Board of India on Tuesday exempted Electro Investments Ltd., a subsidiary of BPL Ltd., from complying with certain SEBI norms relating to its acquisition of 1.70 crore equity shares of BPL Ltd.
