NDPL waives service charges

Staff Reporter

NEW DELHI: North Delhi Power Limited (NDPL) on Tuesday announced that it had decided to waive the service charge for its consumers who wish to pay their electricity bills at over 800 Easy Bill outlets located across Delhi and National Capital Region.

Using this payment gateway, NDPL consumers can now pay their electricity bills by cheque at any of the 800 Easy Bill outlets without incurring any additional expenses. Easy Bill has a network of over 250 outlets in North and North-West Delhi alone.

Earlier the consumers had to pay an additional service charge of Rs.5 per transaction for using this facility.
