Umrigar hospitalised

Mumbai: Former Indian cricket captain Polly Umrigar was readmitted to the Bombay Hospital on Tuesday following complaints of high fever and inability to walk. Umrigar had been admitted to the same hospital earlier this month and has been diagnosed with cancer. The 80-year-old had undergone chemotherapy and was supposed to be stable.

Hospital sources said that they were conducting a series of tests on Umgrigar and would be able to

give proper diagnosis only after the results of tests come. — UNI
