12 IAS officers transferred

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government on Wednesday issued orders for posting and transfer of 12 IAS officers including seven Deputy Commissioners.

Vimal Chandra, Deputy Commissioner of Sirsa, has been posted as Managing Director of the Haryana State Federation of Cooperative Sugar Mills, Panchkula, in place of Roshan Lal.

J.P. Kaushik, DC, Ambala, has been posted as DC, Yamunanagar, and Mahender Kumar, DC, Rewari, has been posted as DC, Bhiwani. V. Umashankar, Joint Secretary, General Administration will be the new DC of Sirsa.

O.P. Langyan, DC, Fatehabad, has been posted as DC, Ambala, Estate Officer for Management of Government land in Excised Area, Ambala Cantonment, and Vice-Principal of the Revenue Training Institute, Ambala.

C.R. Rana, Administrator of Haryana Urban Development Authority, Hisar, has been posted as DC of Rewari.

R.K. Kataria, Joint Secretary, Finance, becomes DC, Kaithal, in place of B.S. Malik, whose posting orders would be issued later.

Yudhavir Singh, Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner has been shifted as DC, Jind, in place of M.P. Bansal, whose posting order will be issued later.

O.P. Sheoran, Director Employment, has been posted as DC, Fatehabad, while J.S. Ahlawat has been appointed as Additional Excise and Taxation Commissioner.
