NIZAMABAD: C onsumer grievances redressal forum of Northern Power Distribution Company Limited chairman G. Nageswar Rao has appealed to consumers to bring any grievances regarding supply, billing and payments to the notice of the forum. The company comprising Warangal, Karimnagar, Khammam, Nizamabad and Adilabad had 55 consumer service centres. Last year the forum had received 77 grievances and provided solutions to them within the stipulated time limit. The consumers were happy with the functioning of the forum, he said at a meeting here on Wednesday. The forum looks into release of new services, interruptions in supply, transformers failures and replacement, delay in change of category/name, fluctuations in voltage, rectification in billings, problems in meters and others.
