THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: K.S. Beena has assumed charge as the Chief Electrical Inspector (CEI). She is the first woman to be elevated to the position. Thrissur: The Company Law Board today stayed implementation of items No. 9 and 10 of the agenda in the 85th Annual General Body meeting of the Catholic Syrian Bank, to be held on Friday. The items related to enabling the CSB to amend Article IV of the Memorandum of Association, empowering selling of shares under private placements at lower price, CSB Shareholders Association General Secretary Johny Chandy said.
