Peaceful poll: SP commends police staff

SANGAREDDY: Medak district SP P.V. Sunil Kumar addressing the police officers who worked towards a peaceful completion of elections for the local bodies said that the Election Commission has recognized the model implemented by Medak district as worthy of emulation.

According to a press release here on Thursday, the SP commended the efforts of ASP J. Alexander for his work in the faction-ridden Narayankhed region and the communications department for the networking. He asked them to show similar enthusiasm during the forthcoming panchayat elections. SB Inspector Anantha Reddy, president of Police Officers Association Dasarath, Sangareddy CI Venakateswarlu were present at the meeting.
