Engineering counselling deferred

HYDERABAD: Engineering counselling is not likely to start on August 6 as announced earlier by the officials with the fee structure yet to be decided.

According to officials, the meeting of the Fee Committee will be held on Saturday and the fee structure is likely to be announced on Sunday. Notification would be issued only after that.

Another factor leading to the delay of counselling is the Government's inability to decide on the minority status of the engineering colleges.
