KOCHI: Thapovanam, a voluntary organisation based at Ochanthurutu near Ernakulam, is planning to conduct an awareness campaign on `Karkidaka Marunnu Kanji,' the traditional herbal concoction to be taken during the rainy season.

Kits of herbs needed to prepare the medicinal brew will be distributed from the office of Thapovanam.

Kits of powdered herbs is also available.

Around 23 herbs are used to make the medicine.
