Shirdi Industries enters capital market

BANGALORE : Shirdi Industries has entered the capital market with a public issue of 65 lakh shares of Rs. 10 each to raise funds for financing its proposed manufacturing facility at Uttaranchal. The new facility would enable the company to have a basket of products for the modular furniture industry. The shares are being issued in the price band of Rs. 69 to Rs. 78 per share and the issue closes on July 5, a company statement said.
