Nine part-time directors for BEL

BANGALORE : Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) has got nine non-official part-time directors on its board in fulfilment of the guidelines of the Securities Exchange Board of India and the Department of Public Enterprises, that 50 per cent of the board should comprise independent directors. BEL has seven whole-time directors and two part-time government directors.
