MANGALORE: Belthangady received rainfall of 163.8 mm of rainfall followed by Uppinangady at 120.6mm, Buntwal at 94.8 mm, Sullia at 89.4 mm, Puttur at 84 mm, Bajpe airport at 79.8 mm and Mangalore at 19.6 mm. Following heavy rains in the district there are have been reports of land slips and walls and trees collapsing in Bantwal, Belthangady and Puttur taluks.
